The Meat Wagon is an emergency response ambulance featured in Driver: Parallel Lines and Driver 76.

Description[]

The Meat Wagon is used as the main ambulance during the 1978 era, later being replaced by the Paramedic during the 2006 era. However, the Meat Wagon still spawns in the 2006 era.

Design[]

The Meat Wagon appears to be based on a based on a 1971-1976 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, also taking inspiration from a 1971-1976 Buick Estate, a third generation Dodge Monaco and a 1973-1974 Plymouth Grand Fury.

Performance[]

The Meat Wagon isn't a reliable vehicle to pick. Its slow acceleration isn't suitable for a police chase, along with its durability and bullet resistance being too low.
