Funky Rabbit is a private strip-club and bar chain in Driver: Parallel Lines.
The Funky Rabbit is a private strip-club and bar chain owned by Slink. Its main building is located in Harlem, Manhattan, with the main premises being a large building with Gothic-style strutting, featuring two neon pink signs of dancing bunnies. The facade is symmetrical and features two purple neon lights in the shape of a rabbit. Above the entrance, a canopy can be found with the name ‘The Funky Rabbit’ spelled out in neon letters, with several blue stars on the background.
Slink's main building looks almost identical in 2006 as it is in 1978. The only difference is that the canopy's logo has been changed.
Among the city, four subsidiaries of the Funky Rabbit can be found, all being located around Manhattan. Unlike the main office in Harlem, they can only be accessed from out alleyways. Other than the neon sign above the entrance, they cannot be distinguished from other buildings in the area. One can be found just off Times Square, another near Broadway, one just south of Upper East Side (near the L-Train running perpendicular to the East River) and the fourth centered in Midtown.
Mission Appearances Edit
- In the mission Bread Run, TK is told to collect cash from the four subsidiaries of the Funky Rabbit.
- In New Jersey, another strip-club under the name ‘The Funky Coyote’ can be found. It appears in both eras and the appearance of the building is very similar to that of the Funky Rabbit in Harlem.
- Unlike the Funky Rabbit however, the Funky Coyote does not appear in the storyline of the game.
