The business is located in Jamaica, Queens, near the park just north of Brooklyn. It appears as a garage that features a towing service. A large car park is out front. Numerous shutters appear on the side profiles of the building, while a kiosk/booth is located towards the entrance of the garage.

- Repoman - The player uses a tow-truck to steal 3 San Marinos. In the mission, it is stated that Slink knows the owner.
- Gift Wrapped - Candy orders TK to steal a Land Roamer belonging to the Colombians and drive it over to Phoenix Autos to plant a bomb in it for preparation for the kidnap attack on Rafael Martinez, the head leader of the gang.
- Steal to Order - Easy - The player can undertake repossession jobs as a side activity. Phoenix Autos is the location of the easiest of the series of side-missions.
